Fluitec hires new Chief Executive Officer

Chicago, IL - Following its successful collaboration with the Board of Fluitec International, Treva Partners takes pride in announcing completion of its search for Fluitec's new Chief Executive Officer. Frank Magnotti will report to the Board, serving as an officer of the company, leading its Executive Council, and overseeing global P&L.
Founder of Comverge (NASDAQ: COMV), Frank came to the attention of Treva Partners while serving as President of the company's Clean Energy Solutions Group. He began his career with Bell Labs, the research and development arm of AT&T, holding research, program management, strategic planning, and general management positions during his 14-year career there, ultimately founding Bell Labs' Utility Solutions Division in 1991.
In 1995, Frank began his tenure as General Manager of Lucent Technology's Utility (ALU) until it divested this business. He went on to found Comverge that today is the market-leading, full-service demand response company, serving both the residential, commercial, and industrial markets. Frank holds B.E. and M.E. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the Cooper Union School of Engineering.
